  • I had my house on the market for 10 months under a different realtor. I didn’t really feel like there was any concern for me or selling my home under the other realtor, so I took the property off the market. The next morning I received a call from Robert (and about 15 other realtors). After meeting with a few, I decided to go with Robert based on his confidence in himself, and my property, to get it sold. He advised me to fix a few very minor things (light bulbs, small decorations, etc.). WE PUT IN ON THE MARKET FRIDAY AND BY SATURDAY WE HAD TWO OFFERS!! After not having an offer in 10 months, I received 2 in a matter of one day with Robert. It was amazing and such a relief. He recommended an attorney for me, who ended up being wonderful as well. (I work in the mortgage business so real estate attorneys are sometimes difficult people but his referral was so approachable and genuine) n Robert really went above and beyond and made it happen so quickly. I know I will go through him for future real estate transactions and will recommend him to anyone looking.

  • Robert was heaven-sent. Our beautiful Round Lake house had sat on the market for months after our first offer fell through. When our contract expired, I was about to start looking for a new agent but Rob, being extremely proactive, found me first! He had a strong game plan and was very honest about what we needed to do to sell the house for top dollar in what was now an unpopular home buying season.
